Since then, we have been carefully discussing with the relevant parties for the implementation, but as a result of giving consideration to the health and safety of customers and members first, we postponed and canceled the event live performance as follows Has been decided.

Regarding the method of refund of tickets, it is very troublesome, but the refund method differs depending on the date of performance of the ticket at hand or the place of purchase, so please check the following items and process yourself.

[Refund method]
After confirming the unused tickets and memos you have sent, Ticket Every! On April 13, 2020 (Monday). We will refund [Ticket voucher + return fee] to the registered address in the "Postal Transfer Payment Certificate".
The postal transfer certificate will be delivered in a green envelope from the Postal Savings Office. Please bring your ID card and redeem at the nearest post office.
For those who have relocated or have an incorrect registered address, [By April 12, 2020] Ticket Every! Please change in "Change Member Information" in My Page.
In addition, we will contact you again by e-mail when shipping is completed.
* Along with the ticket price, we will also refund the postage (244 yen) for the postage of the specified record when returning the ticket. We will not refund the ticket return difference fee exceeding the above amount.

The postal transfer certificate is scheduled to be shipped around late May.
If you still haven't received it by waiting until June 14, 2020 (Sun), please contact the Ticket Information Center by phone by Friday, June 19, 2020, 17:00.
