Following the announcement of the New Coronavirus Infectious Diseases Emergency Declaration, we have decided to cancel the following transfer performances as a result of giving due consideration to the health and safety of our customers and members.

Regarding the ticket refund method, we are very sorry for the inconvenience, but please note that the refund method will differ depending on the performance date of your ticket or the purchase location, so please check the following items and complete the procedure yourself.

[Refund method]
Ticket Every! As of April 23, 2020 (Thursday)! The [ticket face amount + system usage fee + ticketing fee] will be refunded to the address registered at by "Postal transfer payment certificate".

The postal transfer withdrawal certificate will arrive in a green envelope from the Postal Savings Office.
Please bring your identity verification card and cash at the nearest post office.
Those who have moved or who have an incorrect registered address [By Wednesday, April 22, 2020] Ticket Every! Please change in "Change Member Information" on My Page.
We will contact you by e-mail once the shipment is completed.

<For those who have returned the tickets by all means on April 12 (Sun)>
In addition to the above refund details, we will refund the amount including the return shipping fee (up to 244 yen) when returning the ticket. Please wait for a while until the postal transfer payment certificate is shipped.

The postal transfer payment certificate will be shipped in late May.
